This was the first dance party where I made some connections and friends rather than just dancing. I got more comfortable, danced with more people, and really felt like I was making progress in the community. It was great!

This was my first experience with Salsa. I was invited to a party (not knowing it was a Salsa party) by a friend. When I showed up, I was surprised that it was a Salsa party, but I decided to try it. And here I am, still loving it.

This was my first party where I met a lot of people around my age. Most of the salsa community in Nagoya is over 35, so meeting five or six people in their twenties was a pleasant surprise. We had a lot more to talk about and got along great aside from the dancing!
このパーティで初めて同い年の人と多く会いました。名古屋のサルサは約３５歳以上の人が多いですので、２０歳代の六人ぐらい会うのはビックリでした。みんなとよく話ができて、とても楽しかったです！
